Who and where do you make the Statue?
We are the manufacturer, wholesaler, and retailer of authentic Nepalese Buddhist statues. All our statues are handcrafted in Patan, Nepal, by skilled artisans, with the Shakya and Bajracharya families. We also specialize in ritual and meditation items.
What is the Statue made of?
Our statues are crafted using the ancient lost wax process. Each piece begins as a detailed wax model, which is replaced with molten metal inside a clay mold. Once cooled, the mold is broken away, revealing the statue, which is then carefully polished and hand finished. Traditional materials such as copper, brass, gold, and silver are used, ensuring both strength and elegance. After casting, the statues are hand-carved for fine detailing, then either gold-plated or oxidized. Faces are delicately painted with pure gold powder, and finally, precious jewels are inlaid to complete the statue.
How will the statues be packed?
Because of the delicacy of the statues, we pack all our figures in multiple layers of bubble wrap and pack them in a sturdy wooden box for safe travel.
